The mounting monumental list of nursing home atrocities and the disinterest toward the warehoused elderly by the judicial/medical system to render fair settlements for the victims is an ongoing violation of the public’s civil rights. Community Watch Vanguard (CWV) has been formed to bring these injustices, via the Internet, to the forefront in order to expose the (ir)responsible parties to the court of public opinion when all else fails. If the victims of the system cannot get justice within the system and have no where to turn, CWV will air their cases and broadcast the names of the perpetrators to the world. Then, just maybe, the judicial system and medical profession will clean up their houses and start treating the public with respect, dignity and the ethical conduct which they took an oath to administer. As I have stated on the Internet, there isn’t a day that passes that the medical profession, politicians, who are members of the bar, attorneys, judges, to the ambulance chasers, that aren’t being brought up on charges for some illegal act against society. This growing group who are representatives of the people are no better and are predators of innocent and trusting citizens, just as evil and menacing as the common criminal who is undermining our right to live peaceably, safe, protected and in a secure society of the people, for the people and by the people. The only difference between organized crime and these despicable individuals is that they were privileged to go to school to obtain an education and to legally do what the criminal learns and acquires in the streets to accomplish the same end... rape and pillage the uninformed , trusting public.
